Who uses us

Confidentiality is key, but we provide services to most of the rural estates within the Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and East Staffordshire areas. We also work with a number of local agents, and landlords many of those for the best part of ten years.

Who am I

Dan Hopkinson BSc(Hons) DipIT DipDEA DipNDEA DipDGDA

With over fifteen years of experience in delivering energy performance certificates to both domestic and commercial clients, I have a wealth of experience to offer advice and consultancy way beyond the remit of just the EPC.

Having undertaken somewhere in the region 20,000 EPC’s across a breadth of different properties, many within Conservation and Listed Building status, I am now one of the countries leading consultants offering advice, support and retrofit specifications aimed at sustainability and energy performance in this area of work.

My clients include many rural estates, national parks and large commercial property stakeholders across the length and breadth of the country.

I pride myself in offering impartial advice, with no links to any retrofit or commercial organisations, i’m always happy to help those out of my area where possible if the advice they have received appears contradictory.
